About the hotel - Kristall, Feodosia

To cancel a hotel reservation, you must send a written statement or email indicating the reservation number, full name and check-in dates. The text should politely inform about the impossibility of arrival, request cancellation and confirmation of cancellation no later than two weeks before the start of the booking, in order to avoid fines, which usually amount to the cost of one night in case of late cancellation. |
